Brown Bag Lunchtime Talks Presents: Beyond the Ghosts: Preservation in Rural Cemeteries: America's small town cemeteries are woefully in need of preservation and support, in terms of, both, money and volunteers. Local historian Amanda Brainard has a plan. Learn about Amanda Brainard's vision to address the preservation needs of local cemeteries on April 12th at the Fenton History Center's first Brown Bag Lunchtime Talk of the season. 

The public will be invited to sit in on a different talk the second Wednesday of each month spanning from April to October at no cost in the Fenton History Center dining room. Talk topics and speakers are to be announced. All donations will be graciously accepted. Talks begin promptly at noon and end by 1 PM.
