Fenton Travelers facilitates travel plans for western New York researchers to major and regional genealogical repositories. Fenton Travelers is associated with the Fenton History Center in Jamestown, New York.
October 19th to 26th: Fenton Travelers’ Salt Lake City Trip: The Fenton Travelers’ will be visiting Salt Lake City from October 19th to 26th. Those in our party will enjoy the vast resources of the Family History Library free of charge. The group will be staying at the Salt Lake Plaza hotel, which is only steps away from the library. The deadline to register is September 9th and there are currently two rooms available at the genealogy rate. Those attending are responsible for the maditory registration fee of $50, their own accommodation, meal, and travel costs and arrangements. Please call 665-6256 for additional details. Flight Arrangements: Call (716) 664-6256 for departure times and arrival times to book the appropriate flight or to inquire about orientation details that is set to take place in August.
Future trips may include Onondaga Public Library (Syracuse), Allen County Public Library (Ft. Wayne, IN) and other similar places. Please share with us your interests and ideas for future trips.
